Cookie Policy
Last updated: 7 August 2026
This page explains what cookies and similar technologies xponentx.com actually uses, what each one does, and how you control them. Everything listed below was verified on the live site rather than copied from a template.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. Some are needed for the site to work. Others tell us how the site is being used, or help us measure whether our advertising is working. We also use browser local storage, which behaves similarly.
Your choices
When you first arrive you are shown a consent banner. Until you make a choice, our advertising and analytics tags are set to a denied state by default using Google Consent Mode v2. That means no advertising or analytics storage is granted until you allow it.
You can also clear or block cookies at any time in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break parts of the site, including forms and the chat widget.
Strictly necessary
These make the site function. They cannot be switched off from here.
AWSALBTG keeps your session on the same server. Session-based.
cookieNotificationHasBeenSeen, stored in local storage, remembers that you have already been shown the consent banner so it does not reappear on every page.
Site functionality and preferences
Set by Duda, the platform this website is built on.
dm_timezone_offset records your time zone so times display correctly.
dm_last_visit, dm_total_visits, dm_last_page_view and dm_this_page_view record visit counts and page views so the site can respond to whether you are new or returning.
_dm_showed_popup_get-a-free-73-point-digital-audit remembers that you have already been shown our audit pop-up, so you are not shown it repeatedly.
Analytics
_ga and _ga_3H5EWBZJTT are set by Google Analytics 4. They distinguish one visitor from another and record how pages are used. Google Analytics is provided by Google LLC.
_sp_id and _sp_ses are analytics cookies recording session and visitor identifiers for usage measurement.
Advertising and measurement
Our Google tag, ID AW-17884709134, connects the site to Google Ads. When you grant consent, it allows us to measure whether an advert led to an enquiry, and to show relevant adverts to people who have visited us. It is governed by the Consent Mode defaults described above.
Chat and enquiry handling
Our chat widget and CRM are provided by LeadConnector. It sets identifiers including cn-sv-id, cn_uc__ and a contact session identifier so that a conversation you start stays connected to you across pages, and so we can reply.
Visitor identification
We run a lead-generation script from Insites. Tools of this kind attempt to identify the organisation a visitor may be associated with, typically from network information, to help us understand which types of business are looking at our services. We are naming it explicitly because it is the kind of technology people reasonably want disclosed.
Third parties
Some of these cookies are set by companies other than us, and we do not control them. The relevant providers are Google LLC, Duda, LeadConnector and Insites. Each operates under its own privacy policy.
Changes
We will update this page whenever the technologies on the site change. The date at the top tells you when it was last reviewed.
